Cheap Single Pushchairs

The Babyzen Yoyo stroller is a great option if you're on a budget and do not need a stroller that can be used as car seat carrier. It comes with a flip-flop-friendly one-step footbrake.

It's easy to push, and it is solid when traversing kerbs and woodland trails. Additionally, it's easy to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned its reputation as the most lightweight stroller, both for city dwellers as well as jet-setters. The frame of the Xplore wagon feels solid and sturdy, but it does not flex as much as some other wagons we have tested. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold, and it's not able to lock tight once folded. It is easy to move however, and it is able to fit through narrow 28 inches doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side by Side

This basic double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent choice for 9324874 parents looking for an affordable second stroller for their travels. It scored well in our Strollers and Multiples Test for weight and folded dimensions, which means it's lightweight and compact when folded and easy to move and store into a car trunk. It also offers an adjustable reclining seat that can be positioned in several positions as well as a parent cup holder. Other key features include two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling and 360-degree front wheels that are shock-absorbing.

It did better in our push and turn test than many of the other strollers we tested but is still difficult to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doors. The sunshades it has are among the ones we tested the smallest, 9324874 providing only direct overhead coverage and no windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have significantly larger sunshades.

The Delta took us just over 3 minutes to put together using an average manual and no components required tools. It's lacking some features that we consider essential in double strollers. This includes an extra-large basket, reclining seats and leg rests that can be adjusted.

The seat can be reclined with one hand 9324874 and the large shopping basket makes it easy for parents to get their child in and out. Despite being a narrow pushchair it handled the everyday bumps well and was able to pass through doorways without fuss.

The front wheels can be locked into a forward position or allow them to rotate which is helpful when traversing rough terrain. We allowed the front wheels to rotate while walking along a stony path. It handled the situation well, though it did seem slightly more bumpy.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is most famous for its 3-wheeled all-terrain, strollers that jog. However, they also manufacture a vast range of 4-wheeler pushchairs. City Tour 2 is their most popular model. It is easy to use and folds down small enough to fit in a car boot even with the carrycot attached.

It weighs more than other strollers that we tested, but because it has rubber composite wheels it feels sturdy and well-made. It's a breeze to maneuver across all kinds of terrain, and it's easy to move, even when loaded with two kids and shopping bags.

Both the seat and carrycot have hoods that are able to be lower to reveal UV50and sun canopy extension. They are showerproof and sturdy, unlike some other prams' hoods that are bounced back into toddlers faces.

It doesn't have a lot of storage space, however it does come with a huge basket that's large enough to fit a changing bag and plenty of food items. You can also connect it with a Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a traveling system for infants up to 20 lb (car seat and adapters sold separately). The City Tour 2 is a good choice if you want to use a stroller on the go.

6. Nuna Mixx Next
