4.2.2 Kin Yat will monitor and report to iRobot each month the percent of Orders for purchase that are delivered on time. This is based on iRobot’s definition of "on-time" that includes shipping the parts, materials and products ordered by iRobot to be delivered within the Lead Time, and any deadlines for shipping as identified in the applicable specifications for the product. Kin Yat shall also maintain records and documentation of all Supplier Quality Assurance activities, testing and evaluations.
