The iRobot Roomba can be set up quickly and is available for use as soon as you are ready to. After removing the pull tab for the battery and yellow bin insert from the undercarriage, all you have to connect it to its Home Base docking station or a wall socket, hit its big "Clean" button and let it get to work. It will return to its dock when it runs out of battery or is full of sand. There are also indicators on top that indicate the bin is empty, or when it needs to recharge, or if it loses Wi-Fi.
