Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions are a great way to earn gear weapons, equipment and other items. They're hard to complete.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot is a specific slot that lets you bring guns into a mission. Some players utilize this slot to achieve certain goals and targets, particularly those who want to go for Suit Only. Others prefer to have the extra pistol as a gap closer. It is important to remember that in order to select the pistols that belong in this slot, you need to click on the button for the appropriate category, like alternate slot 2 machine guns. Having Major Expedition and Adept Rider on makes it simpler to accomplish. This combo will add a damage tick every 10 seconds from the Concealed Weapon in the event that it is in the slot.

Smuggled Item Slot

The smuggled items slot is a great feature that lets players bring tools and weapons into the game, but it could be improved. It's currently shaped like an a gun, which makes it difficult to distinguish the smuggled items slot from other slots for gear.

The smuggle slot can house a large variety of items, from subtle concussion devices to weapons-grade explosives. These items are secretly stored in hidden locations around the map and can be recovered at any moment. The items that are smuggled differ from Agency Pickups or Hidden Stashes which conceal small items in the scenery or objects.

Mission planning is an option available in the form of episodic missions. It allows players to unlock different starting locations, smuggled objects, and gear slots prior to stepping into the map. These options for planning expand as players complete challenges and obtain higher Mission Mastery levels. This allows players to prepare the perfect mission for each challenge.

Gear Slot

The game's beginning players will notice their gear top casino slots fill up, leading to the dreaded "Your Gear Slots are Full" message which prevents Max from selecting new equipment until old items are removed or space is found. The solution to this issue is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which provide more inventory space in exchange for completing challenges. However, as many of these challenges are scattered around the world and can be missed it could take an extended time to obtain the most inventory slots that are available in the game.

Each player can have up to five different types of gear in their five Gear real casino slots. These must be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to a Break-In. Each gear item (except for the Pistol) will take up one Gear Slot, while a grouping of similar items (such as Grenades in a grouping) only takes up one Gear Slot.

Pickups by agencies

As you progress in Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations let you keep items that aren't suitable in your weapon or gear slot. You can get them back later.

These pickups are especially useful if you need to go through a frisk later in the mission or if you're carrying a weapon that could otherwise be suspect. You can only conceal one item per game at an agency pickup location.

This DLC adds new contracts for security and asset protection to the agency. To start these missions, simply talk to the receptionist at the agency and purchase armor and snacks. Once you have reached the marker for your mission be sure to identify a group upon arrival.
