This is particularly true when a large changing bag is hanging from it.

Our testers did find however that they did not provide an extensive amount of coverage compared to similar to the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods and it's worthwhile to pack a rain cover in case of need.

Overall, our testers were impressed with the Nipper double's capacity to allow them to take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures. From seeing wildlife in the forest to rushing to the park to play with their friends they were thrilled. They were also impressed by how cosy and spacious the two seats are, with plenty of space for toddlers to stretch out in. Our test participants did not agree that the absence of parent-facing seating and the inability of using car seats with this buggy were a problem, and they would have liked to have seen more storage space for shopping and other equipment.
