Fujifilm will release the APS-C mirrorless camera, FUJIFILM X-T5, on November 25th. The price is 253,000 yen for the body only, and 319,000 yen for the 18-55mm kit (both prices include tax). The image sensor is the same 40.2 megapixel back-illuminated X-Trans CMOS 5 HR as the X-H2, and the image processing engine is X-Processor 5. Pixel shift multi-shot is possible, which provides four times the resolution. Other features include the smooth skin effect that automatically retouches skin, and auto white balance using AI deep learning. The AF also uses AI deep learning to detect subjects, and is compatible with animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, airplanes, and trains. The image stabilization mechanism is a sensor-shift type 5-axis image stabilization with a maximum effective number of 7 stops. The maximum shutter speed is 1/180,000 seconds. Video is compatible with 6.2K30p and 4K30p. The rear monitor is a 3-inch, 3-axis tilting touch panel LCD with approximately 1.84 million dots. The EVF is an OLED with approximately 3.69 million dots. The recording media is a dual SD UHS-II slot. The power source is an NP-W235, and the number of shots that can be taken is approximately 580 (when using the rear monitor). The size and weight are 129.5 x 91 x 63.8 mm and approximately 476 grams (body only).

The company will also release the Fujinon XF 30mm F2.8 R LM WR Macro interchangeable lens for the X series on November 25th. The price is 97,900 yen (tax included). The maximum shooting magnification is 1:1 (life size). It is a macro lens with an angle of view equivalent to 45 mm in 35 mm format. The lens consists of 9 groups and 11 elements, including 2 ED lenses, 9 aperture blades, and a filter diameter of 43 mm. It is dustproof, splashproof, and low-temperature resistant. Size and weight: approx. 60X69.5mm, approx. 195g.
